「Dianne & Cordell are a absolutely lovely and did everything to make my stay comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. My room was huge and beautiful, and the view from my patio was magnificent. The pool was perfect. Loved the hot water outdoor shower. The Hacienda is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax in a beautiful setting. Truly a unique experience.」

「We spent 3 nights here and I must say that everything was excellent. The exterior decor was lovely and even though our room was smaller than expected, it was clean, quite and comfortable. Being a few feet from the beach was perfect for a romantic getaway. The Hotels manager, Angel was very welcoming, friendly and extremely accommodating. It is a perfectly memorable experience. 「Overall, we had a great stay. The staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable about Old San Juan. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, every request (within reason) was met. 「Nice resort with large, clean pool area. Access to the beach. Dining options were good- definitely go for the breakfast buffet, or the market for a coffee and small snack. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.」
