"I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. "This cute little apartment is the perfect getaway spot and pet friendly! It was super clean and smelled fantastic. The fenced in backyard is perfect to just sit out and enjoy the warm weather, and to be outside with your dog! The bathroom is a great size and beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels were great quality. The living room and kitchen was an added bonus, although we didn’t use it much. "The house was perfect for our weekend with two grands. It was just enough space + glad to have use of a washer + dryer after having a 3 +:4 year old out + about seeing the sites at the lighthouse, diamond beach + Wildwood boardwalk. We were visiting to attend the Coast Guard Festival on Saturday + had a fun time there all afternoon despite the rain showers...cute cottage in a quiet location - until the 3 + 4 year old arrived.."

"The place was filthy! We attempted to communicate and the host yelled at us argued we were wrong. Called Vrbo and they said the owner needed yo speak with us and come up with a resolution. After a whole hour an agent attempted to connect us with the owner who did not respond. The host “tammy” called me asking for pics…I sent all pics and she still argued. I was in the streets with my children. We couldn’t stay. I have all pics a video. It was scam and inconsideration. Property not as advertised....

"We needed a place for my family and daughter's bridesmaids to get ready for her wedding. Everyone who walked in could not believe how beautiful the house was. It couldn't have been more perfect. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend it"
