"Very friendly hosts who are multilingual, my Japanese isn't very good but the staff was able to communicate in English and help me find tickets that I ordered online. Our plane was also late coming in but we were able to arrange self check-in for when we arrived and sorted out the details in the morning. Thank you again!"

"Considering the price point and location, our stay was excellent. Having read previous reviews I was scared of lack of cleanliness. However, it is not very dirty. We found no bed bugs in our beds and our room was well-kept and cleaned before we arrived. Since it is a hostel (and not a resort), we had no housekeeping and had to share bathrooms but we knew this before booking our stay. The shower for women specifically is actually quite nice with provided shampoo and body wash. Unfortunately...

"Very near international street, location is superb, but also very nosie during night time even after 12am. Only 2bathroom and 2shower on the floor, sometimes need to wait if too many people, though they are very clean. For the bed is really hard, not really sleeping well, most of the people seems long staying there. Anyway, the staff are very nice"

"Friendly, helpful staff- I believe most of them, or maybe all, can speak English as well as Japanese. A shared common room area with a fridge and cooking facilities. Beds were okay- at least the privacy was decent. It felt like a capsule hotel- but to be expected for the type of hostel. However, not many local people can help you locate this hotel even if you show them the hotel address in the booking slip, which is a big surprise for me as it took me quite a bit of time when i first arrived before i can find the hotel.
