"Well equipped, and clean condo (we got a three BR, two level) with sliders to back patio table and recliners overlooking beautiful surrounding grounds, a golf course (which our family golfers said was great), a community infinity pool/jacuzzi a short walk away, small open air gym and bbq area with 6 grills for use near the pool area. Only issue was transportation to condo from check-in office in shopping center which is within 5 minute walking distance, but difficult if walking with luggage. ...

"What a beautiful condo! We were very comfortable and impressed with all of the amenities. The condo is close to the pool and open-air gym, which was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There were lots of items to take to the beach as well - beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the Queen's and King's shops. I highly recommend this condo if you want a quiet, spacious place to stay...

"This is our 4th visit to this condo. Needless to say we love everything about it. We watch the various birds come onto the lawn in the morning as we enjoy breakfast on the patio. We love the access to Mauna Kea amenities - the beach is our favorite hangout. The check-in process is quick and seamless. South Kohala Management team makes everything so easy - they are so responsive. We love this place and will stay again in the near future."

"My wife and I usually stay one of the big ocean side resorts, decided to try VRBO. Waikoloa Village is different, quiter and little cooler weather. The condo was awesome, reminded us of our own condo in the mountains. Super clean, all the amenities, everything was easy. Staying at a condo away from resort made us get out and explore more, and we found new things to do even though it was our 6th time on the Big Island. Awesome vacation."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Tracy and Carmine's condo and their good communication! They are wonderful to work with. Thanks so much for everything! The condo was even nicer than described, spacious, and is in a beautifully landscaped and quiet area. We especially liked being so close to A Bay, as well as all the stores and restaurants. We were within walking distance or a quick two minute drive. We hope to return in the future."

"I took a 10-day solo trip to the big island for my 30th birthday. I wanted something that honored the natural beauty of Hawai’i. Mary’s Garden House hideaway was exactly that. The views from her lovely home were incredible and the location allowed me to see more of the east side of the island during this trip. "I loved the location of this vacation home. Updates from the photos as far as the kitchen is that the fridge is bigger and outside on the porch along with the induction cooktop. The grill was in great working condition. I really enjoyed cooking and eating outside on the porch. The view is spectacular. Jim was an amazing host and took the time to walk me around. I will be booking with Jim and Kim again."
