"from the description, just copy-pasted ""24-hour front desk"" CLEARLY WRONG. YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING PHONE WITH YOU TO ACCESS THE RECEPTION. ""Multilingual staff"" CLEARLY WRONG. NO SPEAK ENGLISE. Also it did absolutely not say "shared bathroom", which is the case. See, I travel the world without working phone, so it was really impossible for me to access any room. I ended up entering all rooms randomly, and eventually found one empty with the key inside, thanks god, so I gave it to myself. WHAT...

"4 Beds dorm are more inconvenient then 6 bed dorm though paying more. Most 4 Bd dorm have no privacy curtain and head lights and it is inside the 6 Bed dorm, sharing the same one tiolet. Staff on 25-Sep when checkin was friendly and helpful but staff on 26=Sep was unfriendly and feeling annoyed, sitting there looking pretty and only smile to her hand phone. Not too customer oriented. Breakfast was not well laid, like no breakfast. Condition below average."

"The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly - they made a big difference between an average stay and a terrific stay. With separate large master bedroom, large lounge room, kitchen and large bathroom, the apartment (No 7) was very spacious, if anything, a bit too spacious (e.g. 20 metres between bed and WC, 6 metres between couch and TV), but this is not really a complaint - it is always better to be too spacious than insufficiently spacious. My colleague (Mr Klaus Nehyba) in Number 8...

"Nice new hotel, so everything was spot on, good location, my only gripe was that I checked in online to ‘save time’ in their words, but as typical in Slovakia check in was a long drawn out process where I had to show everything I had already put into online check in, so you basically wasted my time rather than saving any!"
