"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der polnischen Tatra. Wir haben nur die Übernachtung gebucht, hätten für eine Extrazahlung aber auch jeden Tag Frühstück und Abendessen haben können. Wir waren 2 mal dort frühstücken und das war soweit in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war für 5 Personen und 2 Hunde sehr klein und ein paar Sachen haben uns gefehlt, z.B. "Location was ok, check- in little confused as it was in the different building Room clean , spacious but access would be a challenge if my 77 year old mom decide to come . 21 steps to access our room without elevator, this property would not pass Canadian standards for handicapped people. "Incredibly noisy. A youth group with a loudspeaker was going much of the time. The building next to the road had a lot of street noise. The wifi didn't work. When I called the office number at 8:00 pm for help, no one would answer. I don't recommend this place."

"The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly - they made a big difference between an average stay and a terrific stay. With separate large master bedroom, large lounge room, kitchen and large bathroom, the apartment (No 7) was very spacious, if anything, a bit too spacious (e.g. 20 metres between bed and WC, 6 metres between couch and TV), but this is not really a complaint - it is always better to be too spacious than insufficiently spacious. "Nice new hotel, so everything was spot on, good location, my only gripe was that I checked in online to ‘save time’ in their words, but as typical in Slovakia check in was a long drawn out process where I had to show everything I had already put into online check in, so you basically wasted my time rather than saving any!"
