"Incredible find!!!!! I loved the floor plan of my room so much, I honestly feel so spoiled with the layout! I stayed with my friend and we both got our own bed with a desk in the middle, giving us our own space. Such a wonderful hotel in a convenient location. The staff was super friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend to my mother/friends lol and I would come again. 15/10 "

"The hotel is very new and use touch machine for self check in&out. Staff is friendly and helpful, there are coffee bag, tea bag, bath salt, etc placed in the lobby you can take freely. The room is tidy, clean and big enough for a solo traveler. Overall, very high cp value. "

"Hotel is conveniently located and just a 5 min walk to the Kumamoto rail station. Service at reception was excellent. I had some issue with the lock on my door and it was promptly attended too. The stay comes with a free Japanese breakfast with option to dine in or take out. Overall will stay at this hotel again."

"The management wasn't friendly, i told the miss manager the light in the room wasn't working properly ,she said we will check it out. I think she should offer proper conform to the customers. Also i was asking if i could leaves the car , until 12 . I could walk visit around come get back car . She wouldn't not backed off the policy. If you want a customer come back to your hotel train your staff be friendly able adjusted for small request. "
