「Clean」

「This property was exactly as described and the host very accomodating. Clean, convenient, comfortable & cozy! Our Party of 4 stayed here while showing at the World Equestrian Center for a 4-day show. The property location was just a few minutes away from the WEC and the beautiful, serene setting was a bonus. This will definitely be our go-to place when in Wilmington. See you next year!」

「It was very clean the owner was very nice at check in. The only complaint i would have was the lack of thermostat in the unit it was very hot and i barely slept during our stay. However i prefer to sleep like a polar bear lol so not everyone's cup of tea. I was sad we didnt get to fish due to the rain but we had a very nice weekend.」

「Extremely nasty dirty place. Urine all over the toilet seat and hair. Bathtub dirty sink dirty kitchen dirty. Flies everywhere. Mold on walls. Missing outlet covers. Unfinished walls. Front door lock didnt work at 1 point. Rotten food in the refrigerator and drawers of the cabinets. 」

「Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides. The house is a beautifully remodeled farmhouse with big eat in kitchen making it great to connect with the group as we cooked and ate. Super comfortable. As I mentioned the group was 8 women- we could have used a few more towels and additional silverware as well as dishtowels but that was minor compared to the...
