「Shampoo. Body soap, conditioner were not prepared in1st day, conditioner was not as well in 2nd day.」

「Everything about our trip was lovely. Except the room we were given. Our room 17 located at the back of the building above the kitchen. The noise of the air con units from the kitchen started work about 4am. There was no air con in the room and it was extremely warm in there. We couldn’t open the windows because of the noise. Phylis Court is a lovely place to stay if you don’t have this type of room. The service is above and beyond the location is delightful and so near the town 」

「The Chequers Marlow was in a perfect location, just what we were looking for. We had a drink in the Hotel bar but didn’t eat there, instead we chose to dine at The Coach up the road, one of Tom Kerridge’s many establishments in Marlow (all worth a visit) which was Amazing, highly recommend. Marlow it’s self is beautiful and The Chequers doesn’t disappoint, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「ヒースロー空港から、タクシーで３０分の閑静なホテル。しかし、車がないと移動は無理。周りに、小さなデパートやスーパーマーケットはありますが、観光用のホテルではありません。料金は、高め。」

「Hotel itself was nice and cozy but it was clearly short-staffed. The few present staff were super friendly though. Liked the fact that they allowed us to take our kitten there which made the whole trip far more enjoyable. The room we stayed was a spacious suite with a comfy bedding.」

「The staff were welcoming and friendly. Loads of parking spaces. Grounds well maintained and pretty. Bedroom was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Food served in the bar was tasty and portions were good but highly priced for the standard. Wine is very expensive! Breakfast options good and fast service. The hotel does need updating. The central heating was permanently on and no thermostat on the bathroom radiator so it was unbearably hot. Same issue experienced in other guest rooms...

「チェックインの時、受付の方が荷物が重そうなのを見て、エレベーターがある新しい方の建物のお部屋に変更して下さいました。お部屋は広く、ベッドもバスルームも快適でした。小さいけどテラスがあって、お天気が良ければ、備え付けのコーヒーか紅茶で、テムズ河を見ながらリラックス出来ます。すぐ近くにマーローのハイストリートがあり、カフェ、パブ、レストラン、スーパーがあり便利です。ホテルのレストランは景色が良く、アフタヌーンティーもお勧めです。」

「Very welcoming staff. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was basic.. Continental.. not great when you are gluten free Arrived back at hotel about 1020 soaking wet but bar, lounge etc. all closed no staff around so couldn’t get a hot drink and dry off before heading to room. Despite this it’s a lovely little place to stay 」

「Good pub inn with clean rooms and friendly staff, great for business stay, shame it’s not open on Monday or Tuesday 」

「Convenient, efficient, no frills, but got a good night’s sleep to get the car returned to Heathrow in the morning. 」
