「We really enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed starting and ending our day on the lani with the great view. The grill is AMAZING! Love that shopping is across the street and A bay is walkable too. Love this location!」

「This rental greatly exceeded our expectations! The property is quiet, peaceful, extremely well maintained. Pool is beautiful and was never crowded. The condo itself is very comfortable, updated, clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything we could have possibly needed (and much more!). There is a nice lanai overlooking golf course. We had access to quality beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Area is very pleasant for walking - short walk to A-Bay, lot of shops and restaurants....

「Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this particular condo due to it's location on property as well as it's proximity to both Kings and Queens shopping centers. So convenient to be able to walk to both. The Condo was very clean, furniture in great condition and nicely decorated as well. It was very roomy, could easily accommodate a family of 6 (it has a loft with two twin beds). This condo is on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator) and the view of the golf course is wonderful way to start your morning...

「Totally enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen, games, beach toys, beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, baby crib. Very clean condo.(Could leave cleaning supplies for daily cleaning: ie: windex, disinfect wipes, ant spray, etc) Mattresses on beds were too soft for our liking...need new pillows for beds... Easy access to pools, shops and beaches! Great location...quiet surroundings. Simple check in and out. Property management on top of everything! Texted us several times to make sure everything...

「Size, location and views! The 3rd bathroom was a bonus for our family of four with plenty of room to spread out, making it a economical option for 5-6. We liked the smaller condo complex as opposed to the nearby, pricey Hilton (spent a day there and would not return). Right in between a stroll to A-Bay or all the shops/restaurants, with the pool, bbqs with outdoor tv and kitchen, hot tubs and gym (more equipment than photos indicate), and sports bar steps away. 「Waikoloa beach villa is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. Our villa was very close to the pool. We had access to and did use the girll next to the pool and the picnic area right outside of the pool. Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties was very nice. She answered any questions I had right away. I would recommend this place for anyone but especially if you are taking a family vacation. The location is very close to stores and the villa has everything...

「This was a wonderful stay for our family. We have a 10 yr old and 6yr old. The loft area with the pull down bed had a TV and offered a perfect spot for them. On the main floor are the other two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living area. The garage was equipped with beach cruisers, umbrellas and a few noodles.
