「This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit.」

「We were in Santa Clarita for a soccer program and needed a home base between sessions. This condo was perfect! Location: easy to access from major roads, close to dining and shops. Unit: the layout with the 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo was perfect for traveling with a teen - everyone got their own space. The balcony was a nice feature, the couch and beds were very comfy, and the bathrooms are lovely. My only request would be more glasses, bowls, etc. We stayed for 4 days and ate...

「The location of this beautiful Penthouse property was ideal for our stay in Studio City. Directions were very helpful and I appreciated the immediate contact from James and facetime greeting. Flowers and wine were an extra nice touch as a welcome . This home had every ammentity possible. I was visiting our adult son in his new apartment just walking distance away and my husband joined me halfway through. I felt so safe staying in the secure Propery alone.
