"The hotel is clean and modern. I like how spacious the room is. However we ordered room service and they gave us the wrong order. It took another 1 hour for them to deliver. Totally we spent 2 hours on waiting for a grilled Steak rice bowl. It seems like the staffs there don't speak English well. And the bathtub is a bit stuck. Water doesn't go away quickly. "

"I love the Dormy! We love that it has a natural Onsen bath on the roof so you get to be outside. This property has a really nice sauna and cold plunge pool as well. "I stayed at the Orient Hotel for 6 nights. Good location, nice staff, good breakfast and clean. It’s on the harbor so have a beautiful view, there is a plaza by the ferris wheel that is a fun little spot and has lots of good food/shopping. "Convenient location, close to train station. Excellent grocery store next door. Large selection of prepared meals (great sushi!) and huge wine section. Unfortunately our queen room was dark and very small for two people traveling with luggage. There was a huge construction project across the street from our room making it extremely noisy during the day. Breakfast was delicious! Best we’ve had since arriving in Japan a month ago. "
