「Great stay in a 1 bed apartment. Size was good and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Pool is small, a plunge pool but was a nice place to chill and my son loved it. It’s a bit out of the main area of Seville but you can walk to the cathedral area in 15mins. Ubers are readily available as well. 」

「Apartment was great value for money and perfect for a long weekend trip. The rooftop pool is great with a big area to chill/subathe. Reception staff were very helpful when checking in and provided us with recommendations. Decent area within walking distance to cathedral and other areas. Only downside was the confusing email received for “online check in” stating we owed money when we had already paid in full!! 」

「Équipement plutôt rudimentaire. La Clim ne fonctionnait pas. Porte freezer cassée car compartiment à glaçons rempli de glace. Pas de plateau dans le micro ondes! Pas de balai pour nettoyer.. 6 jours sans ménage sans changement de linge toilette et lit. Ce qui est regrettable. Sinon déco/couchage autres équipements très appréciés. Situation parfaite bien qu’un peu bruyant surtout sans Clim avec 30 degrés ! Très bon séjour tout de même dans l’ensemble !」

「"Brand new" is a bit relative, the property has been refurbished, maybe a year or 2 ago. Other than that imprecision, I'd say it's ideal.」

「We had the best time in Seville, in no small part due to this VRBO. Its location was perfect: a 10 minute walk to the Alcazar, Cathedral, and Santo Cruz barrio, and in the middle of all the tapas bars you could possibly visit. It was immaculately clean, with everything we needed. It even had an elevator (although it's only one flight up, so we mostly took the stairs). It was, hands down, our favorite VRBO ever!」

「Search no further. The 4 most important criteria to rate is location, whether it’s quiet, cleanliness and how comfortable our stay was. Javier’s apartment easily earns 5 stars on all 4. The beds seemed new and difficult to leave. The apartment was spotless, never disturbed by noise and its location allowed us to walked everywhere in this beautiful city. Javier greeted us upon arrival and generously gave us a verbal tour of the city. We would definitely return.」

「This is a great property in a brilliant location very near the centre of Seville. It is very clean and the balconies are fabulous. The property is in need of small improvements that could easily be made. The balcony handle is hanging by a thread (as is one of the towel rails) There could be more variety of plates. The property appeared to be off line (could not get the T V to work)」

「My wife and I had a lovely stay at this flat in Sevilla. You couldn’t ask for a better location, just minutes from all the beautiful sites yet off the beaten path lending to a quiet stay. Very comfortable well equipped flat. I’ve never rented from Genteel-Homes before but will make it first choice next time we’re in Spain. They went above and beyond making our stay as comfortable as possible. Half way into our trip they came in and replaced all the linens and cleaned the flat! They assigned us...

「The apartment is lovely; Maria-Jose is lovely - very responsive and gentle re me using Google Translate to augment my limited Spanish. Location is terrific - so close to the key areas literally at the end of the street. If you have mobility issues, there is even an elevator and an-unit laundry. We had a lovely time in Sevilla here.」

「The apartment was just as advertised. Fabulous location within walking distance to everything. A couple blocks from Las Setes, lots of restaurants nearby (our favourite was Le Sede), quiet street, quiet, secure building, perfect for a family of 4. The roof top terrace was a great place to hang out when we weren’t out exploring Seville. Beds were comfy, good showers, AC worked when we needed it. Highly recommend this place - everything went smoothly with no surprises.」

「The property was excellent. My only complaintc would be the difficulty checking in. The very friendly, helpful girl at the desk was not permitted to aid with the online checkin. I was having connectivity issues with wifi on my phone, so her not being permitted to help me made it stressful. Once the checkin was complete, all was good!」
