"Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave."

There was a few hiccups upon arrival as manager had different arrival dates for us as what we booked but the staff in the front looked after us very well and before long we were in our villa. Other issues were airconditioner downstairs not working properly, upstairs showerhead wouldn't secure properly and upstairs vanity leaked majorly one day. "Villa Waikiki suited all of our needs. Great location short walk to the beach, local eateries, or main street Seminyak. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The villa and pool were spotless and cleaned every day by lovely staff. Would recommend Villa Waikiki to any group."

"Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. "Felt like the perfect getaway in Seminyak"

"Communication for booking was excellent. I had direct contact with Anna who will look after you. Full of smiles and very welcoming and helpful. The villa is situation a little out of the hustle and bustle which is a positive. I would recomend downing loading Grab for taxis we saved a lot of hassel and money., direct them after the school. The villa was everything we hoped for, it was perfect in every way. It was private, clean and just lovely. We used the cooker hob for making eggs for breakfast...

"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
