Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious.」

「My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️」

「This property was ideal for us. Super clean throughout the entire place and in a quiet neighborhood. We were arriving super late and there snacks waiting for us after our long drive to LA. Communication was easy and we could tell the great care that has been taken to make sure the apartment is in great condition. We would definitely book this place again.」

「My husband and I absolutely loved this charming pool cottage! It’s in a very family friendly neighborhood and close enough to the action without being in the chaos of downtown. We loved ending our nights in the hot tub with a cold beverage, perfect way to end the night! The host was super friendly and we loved having treats to give his sweet dog when we saw him. We would definitely rent again if we are in the area!」

「To make a long stories in short, it is extraordinary experience at the peak of rocky Chatsworth peak, viewing all the valley area from the peak of the mountain. Super clean property crispy clean air and sunshine and no mosquito and harmful bugs even at night with lighting. Contact the host and try to book 'C' studio. It was unforgettable memory of enjoying exclusive and hidden privileged beauty and nature of California.」

「I've stayed in many VRBOs over the years. This was in a great location and decorated beautifully. My host was very gracious and accommodating of my allergy to fragrance. I was on the go much of the time and didn't spend much time there, but the time I did was great. I highly recommend this condo!」

「This is our second time staying at this location. I cannot emphasize how amazing the location is, especially if you are visiting Warner Bros., Universal Studios, or Hollywood. The location is extremely quiet and safe, stores and restaurants are close by, and the drive to Universal is less always quick. The apartment is updated and lovely as well.」

「I chose this for its location - approximately 3 blocks from my dad's home, and conveniently close to Starbucks and the regional library! The parking situation was a little challenging and I was glad I didn't have a car to juggle with a very busy street to pull out on. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was great. The kitchen situation, with all appliances plugged into an outlet strip, was not the safest. I'm glad the fridge and microwave worked! 」
