「The apartment was just as advertised. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Dom our host was quite helpful with getting us acclimated. He had a map of the train system for Rome and explained the metro and how to navigate. His expertise of the neighborhood and surrounding area enhanced our stay. As we discovered, there are excellent restaurants within a couple of blocks of the apartment. It was just what we were looking for during the first part of our Rome vacation.」

「Was surprise how quiet it was, even across from the Fire Hall. 10 Minute walk to the train / bus terminal, close to all the shops and yet far enough away to not be in the tourist traps directly. Would do this one again. Thanks Stefano」

「This place does not have a street number for its address. The owner never responded to my text or call. I was unable to check in and was not compensated. Buyer beware.」

「Originally the listing said it had Wi-Fi (which was a necessity for us) but when we tried to check in there was no Wi-Fi, making it very difficult to communicate with property owner, especially for international travelers. Also, there was no hair dryer or shampoo as listed and very little soap. While walking distance to beach was nice, the noise from planes made it hard to sleep.」

「Giovanni was such an exceptional host! Communication was superb, he was very responsive to my text messages. The apartment was really lovely! It was very clean & had plenty of room for 5 adults. The location was exactly what we needed prior to leaving on our cruise.」

「The apartment was relatively clean, well stocked, and the 2 queen-sized beds were comfortable. Short walk to cruise port shuttle pickup. No AC, but there are floor fans and windows in every room that open (some only partially). Full kitchen, laundry units, nice walk-in rain shower plus second bathroom with tub. Downside was lack of instructions. Even though I completed the "fast check-in" online, I did not receive any specific entrance instructions. I had to call the property manager's phone...

「If you want real and normal Italy culture then this is the place. A home feel with city energy. Walking distance to everything including the metro rail. Nice beaches and restaurants 5 minute walk away. 」

「Marili met us at the door and was very friendly. She thought of EVERYTHING! The apartment is very well equipped. Marili offers many other tourist related services too but we weren't there long enough to take advantage of them. Would love to go back again for a longer stay. Civitivecchia is much more beautiful than I thought it would be.」

「Alessio was a wonderful host and gave us great directions to get to the apartment and arranged for a taxi to pick us up the next morning to take us to the airport. We were only here for 1 night, but Alessio left us a welcoming gift of a bottle of wine, breakfast items and ordered pizza for us to be delivered. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We could not ask for anything more!」

「Wonderful apartment. Very clean and modern. Two stories with spiral staircase to bedrooms and second bathroom. A bit of a challenge getting larger suitcases up the stairs. Host very responsive and proactive.」

Here’s why: -Convenient location, the Mediterranean is right across the street, plus there were many restaurants close by. -The apartment was was very good, with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. -The balcony was large and had a view. We spent a lot of time out there. -The host was very responsive and check in/out was easy. Highly recommended!」

「This place has a beautiful garden to lounge and very tranquil. The apartment is very small and only good for a couple as there is limited room to change. Property Manager is very nice and respects your time for sure. Wi-Fi only worked for one device.」

「We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. 」
