「This house is in a nice location and has amazing views, but it is just not a rental property. The house is listed for sale currently and feels more like an abandoned house than a vacation rental. We had no heat and no hot water for the first 24 hours as the heater and hot water heaters were shut off when we arrived. 「House is woefully in need of many minor repairs. Wall sockets in bedrooms need to be replaced. Most important issue is slippery bathtubs with no grab rails. One shower has see through window to outside. We had to hang a towel outside to block it. Another shower had no light, bulb needs replacing. House lighting system is puzzling…whenever anyone gets up at night the entire house lights up. Heating system is poorly designed with one bedroom getting all the heat.
