「Very nice property very clean uncomfortable. Three adult couples were very comfortable there since we each had our own bathrooms. We all slept well on the comfortable beds. The bedroom nearest the kitchen and the garage was a bit chilly and we were not able to raise the heat. Also, in that bedroom there were some ants. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this space for three couples or a family of six.」

「House is woefully in need of many minor repairs. Wall sockets in bedrooms need to be replaced. Most important issue is slippery bathtubs with no grab rails. One shower has see through window to outside. We had to hang a towel outside to block it. Another shower had no light, bulb needs replacing. House lighting system is puzzling…whenever anyone gets up at night the entire house lights up. Heating system is poorly designed with one bedroom getting all the heat. We loved the large gathering area...

「Julia's house was a great home base for our weekend getaway and Big Sur Marathon. Kitchen was well stocked and the rest of the house was spacious and comfortable. The driveway is very steep and narrow, which would be good to know ahead of time if you have a low vehicle or one with a trailer hitch like ours!」

「We rented Lux 1 In pebble Beach at the end of April 2024. We were attending a family wedding, we were only there for two nights which didn’t seem long enough! The home is lovely, huge, clean and very well managed. Zorka is a wonderful contact and very accommodating and gracious. We wished we had booked at least another night so we could truly enjoy the estate. It’s gated, safe and the views are spectacular. We will be back!!」

「Lovely cottage super close to everything. Hosts were very nice and we enjoyed the family dog, too! :) Very clean, modern, easy. It was perfect for our short vacation doing the Nike Tennis Camp (three friends). We all had privacy but a nice common area to hang out when we wanted to.」

「Nice home in a beautiful area. The thermostat was a bit loud and due to rain, there was a lot of noise from the drain pipe. The owners would have taken care of it but we didn't realize what it was unt the morning of our departure. There is a very nice sitting area outside to enjoy.」
