「This place is an absolute gem. You can't hope or wish for a better spot to land. Traveling here from Tenn for our first family vacation/celebration of a new high school graduate. Upon entering we were immediately at awe when we saw the view of the mountains within walking distance. The pool/ spa area and the outdoor space was magnificently maintained and beautiful. The house is stunning and just what we needed in order for everyone to have their own little space wether your inside or outside....

「We stayed here for a few nights on the way home to Colorado from the coast. We were really happy with the casita and Steve was a great host. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. It’s a pleasant walk downtown. We plan to make this a regular stop from now on.」

「The unit was clean and comfortable, but the smell from the plug in air fresheners was very overwhelming. I had to unplug all of them and store then in a paper bag to reduce the scent. The lack of television options was disappointing, too. There was no access to any live local stations or current programming. Only the Samsung TV channels, which show reruns from 10-20 years ago. The kitchen was decently provisioned. The refrigerator did not seem to keep things at the temperature noted on the...

「I booked this property for myself, my teenage son, 2 friends and their teenage children for a sports tournament nearby. The house was dirty with hair in the bathroom and mold on the walls and there was garbage scattered in the backyard. The neighborhood was noisy until close to midnight both nights of our stay, despite the noise ordinance and our call to the Property Contact. This property sleeps 6, not 9, as advertised. The teenagers slept on the floor on air mattresses we happened to bring....
