「Nicolo' and his assistant were great hosts, very responsive when enquiring and useful in giving informations. The apartment is very cosy and tidy/clean, located in a great part of Palermo with walking distance to some great restaurants and points of interest! We would like to thank Nicolo' once again for making our short stay very pleasant and definitely recommend his place!」

「This is my third stay in Carlo's studio apartment and it was like coming home. The design of this compact place is just right because it was put together by Carlo and his wife, both architects. So, whether the tenant is a man or woman, their needs have been anticipated. A kilim on the floor and artwork on the white walls make the place bright and pleasing to the eye. Coffee,bottled water, jam and croissants are a nice welcome to a weary traveler. A bakery, restaurants and supermarket are nearby...

「This accommodation served our self catering purposes well. It’s approximately 15 minutes walk from Politeanna and very central. Both double beds were comfortable. Also the host communicated with us via email, what’s app and directly on phone prior to our arrival which I valued. A small saucepan for warming milk would be useful. Grazie!」

It's noisy at night on the corner, but I find that's what you will have anywhere in Palermo. Palermo is a wild, fun vibrant city. Lots of movement but truly beautiful. Our apartment was a great relaxing safe haven to rest and recoup from all the energy of the city. I recommend!! Our host were exceptional.」

「La grande compétence et l'amabilité de tout le personnel est à souligner. Notre séjour dans cette résidence de vacances, en dehors de la saison touristique, a été parfait. L'ambiance risque d'être moins reposante en haute saison. Belle piscine, tennis, vélos à disposition, très belles vues sur la mer et la montagne. je recommande vivement」

「ノルマン王宮から歩いて5分の、下町のアパート群の中にあります。アパート一棟を改築したと思える4階建ての小さいホテルですがエレベータも完備されており、エントランスの外扉には監視カメラが設置されていて、扉は二重、とセキュリティー面にも注意されています。 室内には飾り気のない、ごくシンプルなベッドやデスクなどが置かれていて、寄宿舎のような雰囲気があります。水回りは洗面台もシャワーブースも機能的で清潔な好ましいものでした。シャワーの水量、お湯の温度ともに十分です。贅沢ではありませんが、施設はすべて満足できるものでした。 ホテルのスタッフは朝7時ごろから16時ごろまでしか通常はいないようです。街歩きのための地図をほしいと頼むと、見るべき名所やバス乗り場、おすすめレストランの場所なども親切に教えてくれました。 初日の到着が深夜だったためチェックインが心配でしたが、Reception...
