「What a wonderful time we had at this property. From the timely correspondence with the owner, to the ease of rental, to the actual property. The roof top was a must for morning coffee and afternoon libations! What a view!! The location was excellent as we did a lot of walking to see the sites. It is an inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere you need to go as well. So much to see and do in Newport. We cannot wait to come back.」

「We were at a family wedding. I wished we had a 2nd bathroom; however, I knew it only had one, but it was very tight. No washer dryer. The noise level was high, we could hear guests upstairs, not very soundproof. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Place was very clean」
