「It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too.」

「This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants.」

「We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us.」

「I liked that it was a little off the strip within walking distance. The amenities were great and the staff was friendly. Communication with the renter of the space was easy and they were very responsive. I enjoyed this property and would love to stay here again. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Las Vegas. Bonus is you are right next to Top Golf! 」

「Our family loved this condo for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. It fit our needs so perfectly. It was clean, well equipped and was exactly how it’s advertised. We also had the perk of the monorail right at our doorstep to help get us to and from the Vegas Convention Center. We will be back most definitely.」

「The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...

「Great stay at Mr. Perry's place. So nice to have a kitchen suite plus balcony for less money that a standard hotel room. Tower 1 is the best, with quick access to the moving sidewalk over to MGM Grand. Was only there 3 nights, but will stay longer next time. Communication with Rafael was superior.」

「家族6人で３泊しました。３月のラスベガスは例年より寒かったのですが、屋外プールは温水で子供たちも寒いと言いながらも楽しそうに泳いでいました。ジャグジーも２４時間使用できます。連泊のお客は基本的に毎日のベッドメイキングはなく、タオルなども余分に置いてあります。シャワーの水圧が弱いのはどこのホテルでも一緒ですが、排水の流れが溜まり気味でした。　洗濯機、乾燥機、洗剤がついていたので二回洗濯出来ました。洗剤もなくなったのでフロントに頼むと気軽に余分の洗剤をくれました。食器もすべてついています。 ホテルの敷地内にデニーズがあり、すぐ裏にアウトレットモールがあるので、お買い物も歩いて行けたし、荷物を持ち帰ったり、とても便利でした。 ラスベガスの繁華街まで、３０分に一本シャトルバルが出ています。帰りのバスは深夜の１２時が最後でした。とても快適に過ごせました。」
