「Our host were most helpful and attentive during our stay. Every detail mentioned in the listing was accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our two labs enjoyed the large fenced in yard on the occasions when I didn't walk them in the neighborhood. We drove our Airstream van and were offered the opportunity to plug in to keep the fridge cold and batteries charged. I would highly recommend anyone this place.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. 「We have a group of 20+ college girlfriends in our 50's now who get together every other year. We have stayed here twice, and this is our favorite home to come to. 「We enjoyed our three night stay! The balcony is huge and a lovely place to relax. Property was as described! Lolo’s (almost exactly across the street) has amazing food. We are in our 50’s and had no problem with the four flights of stairs, however we are active and don’t mind the exercise.」

「This was a very comfortable house. Unsure why it has anything less than 5 star reviews. It was convenient to everything. In fact, I wish we could have stayed longer. If there was a larger group there, there may be an issue because there is only one bathroom, but for the price, you cannot beat this. Its basically across the street from food and grocery stores. Convenient to Charleston, Folly Beach, and anything you need. It is a duplex. Just be aware because people get confused for some reason....

「This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!」
