「Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. It’s always the little things for me too, like the water pressure was good and hot even with all of us using it, they started us off with ample amount of garbage bags and tissue, even though they didn’t have...

「Was in town for a couple of days and this place was perfect to for what we needed.」

「This was our third visit to Sigrid's house. We love it and already have dates blocked for next year. Two of us there just for golf. Everything we need at the house and a grill out back. We play golf in the morning, enjoy the pool in the afternoon and grill at night. The house is in NW Vegas, about 20-30 minutes from the strip. We went to the strip one night for dinner. We are there for golf, house is 10 minutes from the three courses at Paiute and convenient to Hwy. 95 to get to many others....

「We were in town for an electric skateboard convention a mile away. Super convenient to get to the event by car, skateboard or walking. Home needs some upkeep but is clean and functional.」

「Lovely home that is very well maintained, The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Also the kithchen has an open floor plan and was well stocked. The home is located in a clean, quite, and safe neighborhood. Barb is fantastic! She's very professional, communicative, availalbe, and helpful. I was very glad to have picked this property and would certainly stay there again.」

「We enjoyed the house and pool. Very close to everything. Wonderful place to celebrate my 70th birthday with family! We ate local, using maps then checking some places only mile or two from the house.」

「Had a group of 8 seniors together for a quick reunion. Property was large and roomy to accommodate us all very well. We ate and hung out at the house most of the time. Outdoor area is spectacular to relax and enjoy the pool etc. The property management was outstanding and responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely recommend for larger groups and I will definitely stay there again in the future.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the weekend for a music festival. We were able to walk to the location (25 mins) where the festival was being held at and was very easy to get around. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived so we were unable to use the pool but it was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries available as well as basic cooking utensils and spices ( which we did not use.) Refrigerator was clean as was the rest of the house. A/C was perfect as well....

「My family and I rented this house for EDC and it was perfect. Very close to a lot of places. Place is overall clean, but some areas were dusty and found a hair on one of the beds. The house was equipped with everything you need, so you’re able to cook. The backyard was also very pretty with a pool and a volleyball court. Overall we enjoyed our stay and perfect for a family and even pets.」

「家族6人で３泊しました。３月のラスベガスは例年より寒かったのですが、屋外プールは温水で子供たちも寒いと言いながらも楽しそうに泳いでいました。ジャグジーも２４時間使用できます。連泊のお客は基本的に毎日のベッドメイキングはなく、タオルなども余分に置いてあります。シャワーの水圧が弱いのはどこのホテルでも一緒ですが、排水の流れが溜まり気味でした。　洗濯機、乾燥機、洗剤がついていたので二回洗濯出来ました。洗剤もなくなったのでフロントに頼むと気軽に余分の洗剤をくれました。食器もすべてついています。 ホテルの敷地内にデニーズがあり、すぐ裏にアウトレットモールがあるので、お買い物も歩いて行けたし、荷物を持ち帰ったり、とても便利でした。 ラスベガスの繁華街まで、３０分に一本シャトルバルが出ています。帰りのバスは深夜の１２時が最後でした。とても快適に過ごせました。」

「ラスベガスの中心部が見下ろせる部屋で、夜景や朝焼けがめちゃくちゃ綺麗でした。部屋も広くて綺麗ですし、良かったです。乾燥が気になりましたが、加湿器を借りられました。」

「リピーターです。隣接するホテルにレストランなど揃っています。 レンタカー利用でないと　買い物などは不便かと思いますが　ストリップへはバス利用が便利です。」
