「We had a very stressful day with dr. appt. and went to the lounge for a cocktail and the servers were so polite, congenial and lifted our spirits. Their names were Jennifer, Sonia, and Haron, and I hope that you will let the Hyatt Regency at Del Monte know this. It made our stay so much more enjoyable, despite the difficult issues of the day!」

「部屋は山ビューの２階　ロスからサンフランシスコへ行く途中２泊しました。 暖炉付きのリビングは広さも十分でおしゃれなインテリア。冷蔵庫にはワイン他の飲み物にチーズも。水までセットされたネスプレッソ。飲み水はレモングラスの入った瓶の水が用意されています。スナックも置いてあります。これらはお代わりをすると有料ですが最初はフリーです。 バスルームも広くてシンプルで使いやすい。　オーバーサイズのバスタブも気持よく、タイルは床暖房。夏でも寒い日のあるカーメルでは嬉しい。 レストランの食事も美味しいし、スタッフもいい人達で　是非また利用したいです。」

「We are big renters on vrbo and think has been our favorite house yet. The beds are so comfortable!! when people are awake downstairs the people sleeping upstairs cannot hear them. This house is very cute with lots of charm and staged just right. If I had to force myself to complain about anything it would be that the kitchen isn’t stocked well.
