Would have been nice to have parking provided, but not surprised due to being in a city setting; although happy that we were able to use the parking structure attached to building. 「It is a cute little apartment on the 2nd floor. We did not use the kitchen to cook, but just spend 4 nights while we stayed busy for the graduation and visiting friends. The location was perfect as we could walk to the church and all things in downtown and to campus. There is a long straight staircase to go upstairs and each steps a bit narrower than nowadays standard. So be aware but I think it’s a building built in 1800’s. 「They switched us from times square to new central but the communication was up to date and excellent! The space they put us in was fantastic. we only had 2 issues: 1. I made it apparent that there were 3 guests, but we only got one key fob. 2. Our living room table broke the first night after putting only a plate and cup on it. Not getting security deposit back obviously 」

「My fiance and I came to Detroit in the summer because we are touring all of the baseball stadiums in the US. The stay was very spacious, communication was easy, and building/parking felt safe. Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep.」

「The property was as advertised but if you want a warm shower don't stay here. The shower is room temperature at best. When I contacted the property manager I was asked to let the water run as it takes a long time for it to get warm. I did that with no results. When I contacted them again I was told warm water does take time for all the units on this building. We apologize and ask for your understanding. Also when the room next door flushes their toilet the shower goes ice cold. Ugh」
