「コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルです。 バスタブがないのは残念。 シャワーも上から頭や肩に当てるだけなので全身を洗いにくい。 近くにはスーパーや飲食店もあり便利。 食材を購入しての自炊もできる。 ピープルムーバやQラインなどの市内電車が今年から無料になったのもありがたい、 ダウンタウンに位置して安全。 空港とも SMARTバス#261がすぐ近くから片道２ドルで利用できありがたい。」

If you need something though their help service number doesn't seem to be 24/7 even though they connect you with someone in another country. Don't expect to make changes easily. 「Great place, good room, clean and attractive. A bit of a challenge to get into the hotel since you need codes for entry and room. Once we figured everything out it was very good. Had a great laugh, the pillow chocolates must have been there for a while, when we opened them they were grey! This is not a dealbreaker by any means, but it was quite funny. 「The information for how to check in was very confusing and we were unable to get in. When we called the number, they gave us the wrong information assuming we were a different customer. Not knowing that at the moment, we received a text from them right away it was written to a different person so I was able to identify the problem for why we could not get in. We called them back and we’re giving all different codes to get in the building and within 20 to 30 minutes we were in our room, but...

「Our trip to Saugatuk was wonderful. But the penthouse was spectacular. If u r lucky enough to stay, it will b one of the highlights of ur trip. The clean, well appointed penthouse was real luxury. The rooms were a generous size, the beds were cozy, and the big dining table was perfect. The huge deck overlooking the water was amazing. Would give this property my highest recommendation.」

「We stayed with our 2 young children and dog to go to Roscommon Zoo and have a little getaway. The owners were easily available for questions. The common areas were very comfortable and the outside hangout was really enjoyable. It felt secluded with surrounding woods which was extra relaxing. My 4 year old loved running down the hall and they even left treats for our dog :)」
