「Kitchen equipment for cooking was at an absolute minimum, but manageable. Dishwasher didn't work properly, which was annoying. Apart form this, the house was small but lovely and comfortable. The terrace was amazing, spacious and with a stunning view.」

「The villa is spacious and has a beautiful view of the harbor. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning coffee/breakfast, watching the boats coming and going. The hot tub was relaxing too. A special recognition for the hostess, Isabella. She makes sure you have everything and treats you like she’s known you for some time. We planned a private birthday dinner with Isabella; she and her friend cooked a wonderful Italian meal. A great experience. Highly recommend!!」

「George, Micheal and Fontini greeted us with a warm liqueur and some Turkish delight. They came each day to take care of the pool and other items as necessary. The Villa Psaropouli was enchanting and exactly as advertised. Lots of plants were in bloom adding to the charm of the villa. We visited several tavernas in the area and had a marvelous time. 「Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. 「The property was spotlessly clean albeit a bit dated. The twice weekly change over of towels etc was a nice touch. The kitchenware could do with a restock and update and a washing machine would be a bonus. The pool was kept sparkling. The location is great if you want seclusion and privacy but it’s quite isolated - a car or scooter is a must.」

「A beautiful secluded property in the lovely Pelekas village. Not easy to access the beach without a car but the view from the property is outstanding. A few maintenance issues, but nothing that really impacted us (tv not working, pool light out, one toilet not working) and easily fixed I imagine. Lorenco property manager very kind. Having the entire villa and pool to ourselves was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen but no pantry staples, although eating out in the village is a better option...

「Modest villa but worked well for us. Great location. We preferred it to the other side of San Stefanos as the roads were easier to navigate. Close to brilliant supermarket Nikos who deliver for free.」

「Fantastic accommodations. I’ll never stay at a hotel in Capri again. We had 3 families with 6 adults and 7 children and had MORE than enough space. Individual bathrooms in every bedroom. Generous outdoor space overlooking the water and a very short walk to Capri Town center. The house is obviously older as most everything in Capri is but EVERYTHING was in working order and the one small problem we had with one of the toilets was fixed within an hour of the text message. 「Nous avons passé un séjour super ! L’hôtel est très propre , il est magnifique . Le personnel est au petit soin et fait son maximum pour nous satisfaire . Les animateurs sont top . Une première pour nous en formule all inclusive , et sans regret . Des vrai vacances de repos ! L’hotel est à seulement 15min de l’aéroport ce qui est plutot confortable et il est vraiment très calme . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter . 」

「スイートと名を打つだけあって部屋は寝室とリビング、ダイニングと言う構成にて広く、床も天然石で良です。水廻りもシャワーブースと浴槽が別になっていて良ですが、洗面台が2シンクでない点とシャワーの水圧が低いのが残念です。キッチンも天然石トップで見映えも良く必要最低限の器具は揃っていますが、部屋にゴミ箱がなく残念です。サービスは総じて朗らかなスペイン人、笑顔と挨拶も良です。中央に大きなプールがあり、それを取り囲む様に建物が配棟されています。深さも0〜2mと大人から子供まで楽しめます。ライフセーバーも常駐で安心です。朝食は一般的なメニュー、味は良だと思いますが日によってのアレンジは少なくほぼ同じメニューなのが残念です。プールサイドにバーがあり飲物や軽食が取れ、夜は日によりますが生演奏もあります。カランボッシュビーチからも近く、繁華街も徒歩圏内、食料品スーパーやお土産ショップ、飲食店も豊富にあり立地はとても良いです。」
