「Das zimmer an sich war sehr alt, dreckig,dunkel und laut. Es gibt eine Tür im Zimmer die man mit der Kleiderschrank halb versteckt hat und weisst man nicht wozu die dient. Später bemerkten wir das von den anderen seite der Tür ein Treppenhaus sich befand. Man hört alles wenn jemand hoch und runter läuft. Die decke war auch eine holzdecke und hörte nur schritte. Der holzboden war sehr dreckig. Waren überall risse mit dreck. An der Bettdecke war ein Loch von zigarette. Im Badezimmer befindet sich...

「Property was clean and very well maintained. Apartment is five minute walk to the Marina Grande, which was convenient to catch a taxi/bus, but it was too close for the noise from the Marina area until 2am each night. There was some type of carnival that had someone on a loud speaker all night, which after 1am was a little much. Quick access to the stairs to walk up to Capri city center (about 15min walk). We enjoyed the sun deck, and the bottle of wine left by the host. Host was responsive but...

There are cats so if you love cats this is the right place. The Host is very reliable and she is very kind. 「Ein zweckmäßig einfach eingerichtetes Einzimmer Appartement. Sehr gut ist der eigene Parkplatz so nahe am Strand, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Ein kleines Bad und eine kleine Küche, aber alles da was benötigt wird. Sehr nette Kontakte zum Vermieter und dem lokalen Ansprechpartner, bei Fragen. :) In Summe: Sehr schön für einen Strandurlaub. 「good sized villa but you will need a car as in a quiet location with direct beach access. mid week clean was an unexpected welcome surprise and caroline the manager was excellent and helpful. will definitely be returning sometime. the only negative was the TV sound was broken but we had our own speaker so used that with a laptop instead for when the children wanted a movie night in.」

「Sehr schönes, kleines Häuschen in sehr netter Privatanlage. Super Lage mit dem Meer „um die Ecke“. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und von dort die Insel erkundet. Mal mit dem Mietwagen, mal zu Fuß. 「Proprietari disponibili e non invadenti Ma la abitazione ha bisogno di manutenzione e di essere un po’ rifornita. Inoltre le informazione della descrizione non corrispondono. Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto. Arriviamo e l’aria condizionata non funziona e questo è stato un bel problema visto il caldo e il rumore...

Prima di tutto la porzione esterna (ovvero quasi tutto l'appartamento) è pieno di insetti (cucarache, scarafaggi ecc) e addirittura ratti..due ratti di dimensioni notevoli! Uno trovato morto in giardino (immaginate il profumo) e l'altro che si aggirava avanti e indietro durante tutta la sera. Non avrete modo di rilassarvi tranquilli a meno che non amiate tutto questo. 「Compact but enough space for two. The view from the bedroom balcony as shown on the advert is stunning. The downside is that the property is right on the main road so traffic noise is unavoidable and there is no adjacent car parking. Your car has to be parked at the side of the road 100m away opposite Dimitri's restaurant. Our car was hit while there. However, Dimitri's restaurant is excellent but booking ahead is essential.」

「Amazing environment and such a beautiful place. Relaxing, quiet and peaceful. The room was big, clean and everything we could’ve hoped for. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Pool and beach connects which is cool and gives opportunity for both swims in the sea and in the pool. The area itself is quite, which suited us very well, meanwhile it is one of the most beautiful places we have visited. 」

「スイートと名を打つだけあって部屋は寝室とリビング、ダイニングと言う構成にて広く、床も天然石で良です。水廻りもシャワーブースと浴槽が別になっていて良ですが、洗面台が2シンクでない点とシャワーの水圧が低いのが残念です。キッチンも天然石トップで見映えも良く必要最低限の器具は揃っていますが、部屋にゴミ箱がなく残念です。サービスは総じて朗らかなスペイン人、笑顔と挨拶も良です。中央に大きなプールがあり、それを取り囲む様に建物が配棟されています。深さも0〜2mと大人から子供まで楽しめます。ライフセーバーも常駐で安心です。朝食は一般的なメニュー、味は良だと思いますが日によってのアレンジは少なくほぼ同じメニューなのが残念です。プールサイドにバーがあり飲物や軽食が取れ、夜は日によりますが生演奏もあります。カランボッシュビーチからも近く、繁華街も徒歩圏内、食料品スーパーやお土産ショップ、飲食店も豊富にあり立地はとても良いです。」
