「バルコニーでゆっくりできた」

「スタッフの対応は丁寧で最高でした。英語が通じるので、スムーズにコミュニケーションが取れました。 トランクの鍵を無くし困っていたのですが、フロントに相談するとオーナーらしき方が部屋まで開けにきてくれました。了承し、鍵は壊しましたが、トランクが開いたので助かりました。 階段しかないので、トランクだと多少大変かと思います。」

「This is our 5th stay here. We usually use the restaurant pool below the hotel but it looks to be shut down. The water pressure was poor and the WiFi was very slow and inconsistent 」

「The only thing ok was the room After I made the booking I realized I booked one day early . Within 3 min I contacted Expedia to help me fix the booking and as always failed me . I showed up at the hotel after a long journey exhausted and my booking was canceled . 😡 had to pay more by rebooking there . the front desk guy and pretty all of the staff not friendly at all . 「Séjour 4 nuits, professionnel, très bon confort literie ok, chambre spacieuse et agréable, sdb fonctionnelle. Concernant le cadre, chambre avec vue piscine pour tout le monde, agréable mais attention si vous cherchez du calme, passez votre chemin, cadre FESTIF :) musique toute la journée, et ambiance festive dans toute la station, plages a proximité directe à pied. Service petit déjeuner ok et complet (8h c'est tard mais on s'y fait) et personnel hyper agréable et serviable. On y reviendra !」

「出張出張で利用したが、ごく標準レベルのリゾートホテルで、これといった特徴はない。 部屋は概ね清潔できれいで、ハウスキーピングもしっかりしている。ただし、部屋にティーカップがなかったのと、窓の鍵が壊れかかっていて安全面で不安を感じた。 また部屋は結構空いていたようであったが、アーリーチェックインに全く対応してくれず、遠路1日以上をかけて到着し、て疲れていた身としては不満が残った。」

「The almost constant noise (like a crying human voice) probably from water pipes left me sleepless one night (in the room 22 on the ground floor). This problem should be dealt with as urgently as possible, since it might damage otherwise good reputation (friendly staff, nice breakfast, good location just across from main bus stops) of this hotel.」
