"Loved the style of the property. Room was okay, nice and clean, shower & toilet new and fresh. Only problem was on the steps(2 of) to the shower (I was in room 19) there is a sharp piece of pipe protruding from the riser and it caught my bare foot and made a bad cut. I'm only raising this as I left early in the morning and could not relay the message. Hopefully this can be made safe for future visitors."

"Lovely welcome at Reception and extremely helpful. Basic accommodation but room was neat and smelt lovely of fabric softener. We only booked the room for one day as we had a very late flight and the accommodation was very close to the airpoirt so we used it as a base to enjoy our last day. Will definitely use again"

"For the price, the stay is great. Has all the basic things and is clean, we had an outdoor space too which is great especially for the Space. The staff/owners seem lovely however it is staffed certain hours a day just an fyi. The location is hmm interesting, seems to be a very busy spot but for me personally I wouldn’t stay in the area again. "Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße zum Ballermann.Das Hotel war hellhörig, wodurch man nachts und tagsüber die anderen Hotelgäste durchgehend hören konnte. Das Zimmer war stark in die Jahre gekommen, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein alter Ventilator. Nach dem Duschen stand meist das ganze Bad unter Wasser, da der Abfluss nicht richtig funktioniert. Großer Pluspunkt des Hotels: Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend! "

"This place is not with the money. The staff are very friendly. However when we arrived at night we walked into a hot room with no air-conditioning, no towels, no toiletries, no door in bathroom and no wifi. No lovely balcony as per photo advertised. Just a narrow space with horrible iron railings needing paint. Very noisy so difficult to sleep. We told next day of our concerns and we were moved to another room which had air-conditioning but none of the rest so i went back to reception where...

"Great place for budget conscious travellers. Rooms are sufficient for those just wanting a place to sleep and leave their bags safely. Bathroom included hairdryer, towels, and hand and shower soap. Room had a small fridge and a safe. There was a small balcony with a table and two chairs as well a communal rooftop terrace. There was a communal sitting area with complimentary tea, coffe and cookies. This area also had an iron and ironing board, as well as a bookcase of books to read. ...

The room was fine, get what you pay for...would highly recommend binging ear plugs as the walls are very thin, and although there was a small balcony it felt like there was a lack of outdoor space, or space to hang out.
