「Lovely boutique hotel at the top of the small town of Arromanches. My favorite spot was the living room bar at night. Just wine, beer and some spirits but with collections of armchairs and board games, it felt like home. Just wonderful. Highly recommend for a simple gown feel with great taste. 」

「Beautiful location. Very nice manager. Wonderful updated, large room. Breakfast has many choices and delicious French custom in a nice white linen dining room. Close to visit all of the D Day beaches. Make sure to reserve a parking space. You will need it. 」

「Great location and very close to Juno beach. Staff were friendly and energetic. Pool facilities were very good. Room was slightly dated and parts could have been better cleaned prior to check in. Overall had a good time and would return. 」

「Séjour conforme au descriptif de l'hôtel Accès au spa marin Un bémol la chambre supérieure vue mer manque clairement de volume: Fermer la porte des toilettes requiert des talents de contorsionniste Grande douche mais espace restant trop petit Chambre en elle même manque clairement de place, à deux on se marche dessus Quiétude de l'emplacement....sur la plage Parking Nombreux restaurants/bars/boutiques a proximité immédiate Casino pour les plus joueurs 」

「Friendly, comfortable, welcoming and so convenient for the Caen ferry. Recommended. Lion sur Mer is a nice little town with a fabulous beach close to a huge range of D-Day places of interest. Great fir an overnight stop or two.」
