「The place was super cute. One thing is the toilet doesn’t have a door you only have a curtain. So if you are someone that likes privacy this would not be a place to stay with another person. Otherwise, it had AC, super cute neighborhood, comfy bed, fire stick tv and much more! Would stay there again!!」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Colin and Susan’s guest suite, we found ourselves wishing we had gotten to spend more time at the property itself! The hot tub and hammock overlooking the mountains were amazing amenities, we had so much fun horseback riding with Colin and Maura, and the suite was exactly as pictured. Susan even provided some basic groceries in the fridge. Highly recommend, wonderful hosts of a wonderful property!」

「This was a lovely place to stay and was close to Universal which made it very easy for us to drive there. The entrance to the property was nice and private and the guest home is very cozy. 」

「Absolutely beautiful location. We arrived on a sunny day and were graciously greeted by our hosts. Great pool and hottub set up and we had everything that we needed at the property. There was a landslide which blocked the direct South road to Topanga from the southern highway. We were rerouted (by google) to take the Las Flores road to get to Topanga. It ended up being a wonderful diversion and we got to see some amazing properties on the way. Would actually recommend taking that route at...

「Excellent location for our visit to the LA area. The guest house was well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The two little dogs were very friendly after barking our arrival. They warmed up this very quickly. Cedric was a very congenial host and will respond quickly to any concerns. It’s a great place for a couple to stay, we enjoyed our 5 day stay.」

「My husband and I spent a few days at Christmas with our son. The bungalow was lit up with cheerful holiday decor. It was nice spot to cook and relax in. We walked to nearby Brand Park and hiked, visited LACMA museum downtown and even got to spend a day at the beach. This cozy location was wonderful to come home to. Host offered the outside ceramic fireplace to us but we just ran out of time!」

「Front desk representative is very helpful and a great listener. Room is nice and open. no movie access. great walking distance to restaurants and the Veterans Memorial pier. Would book again. note about room 5. Crack under door. Cover with towel to keep adjusted temperature to comfortable level. AC does not turn off from buttons. Use the buttons on the plug to turn off. The AC was unplugged when we entered our room. Toilet is not stable. Overall a good find for a bargain price in the area on the...

「施設はとても綺麗で、施設の方の連絡も迅速です。ロサンゼルスなので、周辺環境があまり良くはないので、そこだけ気になりますが、施設そのものは、良いと思います。」

「ハリウッド・ダウンタウンエリア観光の為に友人と2泊しました。 とにかく空間がモダンでオシャレな雰囲気！ 現地に住んでいる感覚で滞在でき大変満足です。 滞在2日前くらいにメールで送られてくる4ケタのpass codeで外扉&部屋のロック解除をして出入りするスタイルです。フロントはありません。 移動は全てUberだったので、NBA観戦後の23:00頃の到着でも安全に過ごせました。 管理人の方ともスピーディーにやり取りでき、当日のアーリーチェックイン対応も快く引き受けて頂きとても助かりました。 今回は1階フロアの滞在でしたが、3階フロアの2部屋は日当たりも眺めも良さそう(三角形の壁のお部屋？)なので、また機会があれば是非滞在したいと思います！」

「This unit was clean and comfortable with basically what was advertised. However, we had ongoing challenges with the TV, and the hotplate didn't work.」

「The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay」
