「Great property in a quiet community. Great temporary stop for my family during our move.」

「This property was the perfect getaway spot for us in Malibu. The ocean view from the front with the lovely porch including rocking chairs and the views of the mountains, valley and vineyard in back with the Adirondack chairs for relaxing were a delightful treat. We loved the bird and wildlife viewing, hiking the trail in back and the peaceful quietness of the property. We had easy access to the PCH and all that Malibu had to offer, including the lovely shopping center at the bottom of the hill....

「Property is located in a nice area. Our biggest problem, and the reason we left early, was that the bed was rock hard. Property manager claims its a medium matress, but as someone who grew up around a furniture store that sells mattresses and sleeps on a medium mattress at home, either he was lied to or he doesn't know what he is talking about. Another reason we left early was we could hear the Property manager talking loudly with his wife late into the night. Other things of note include that...

「The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay」
