「quelques fourmies présentes」

「Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. The hotel looks very organized in all aspects but in the reality does not care guests much from service perspectvie 」

「セルフチェックインと予約時に分からず、当日現場で入館できずかなり困った。更に事前にパスポートの写真を送付しなくてはいけなかったらしく、前日までにも送られてきてない人には再連絡するなど配慮が必要だ。そのあたりが不親切。旅行者はWifiは繋がるが電話は繋がらないので、このような緊急時には対応できない。 室内は綺麗で設備も良かったが、チェックインのバタバタで疲れてしまった。」

「2週間の滞在でした。駅の目の前に位置し、近くにはスーパーやイタリアンレストランもあり、立地は最高でした。また、同じビルの1階には和食屋さんが有り、中華のメニューも揃っていました。お店の方はとても親切で良い人達です。日本語も少しわかるそうです。アパートはとても清潔で快適です。ただ、管理する人が常在するわけではないので、困った際には時間内に連絡するしかありません。何も無ければとても快適に過ごす事が出来ます。」

「Appartements étroits pour 4 mais pour 3 jours largement convenable . Un emplacement au top. Une vu magnifique . Station de ski familiale super. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire.」

「Key was not left to access property. No communication. Had to book another hotel for a place to stay. There is no reception desk and the common areas of what I did see were filthy. Very very disappointing. 」

「A great chalet in Morzine. Generous sized rooms, comfy beds and great communal facilities including the hot tub and sauna made this the ideal base for a weeks skiing. Super close to the free D bus to get to the lifts and stunning views over the town, particularly pleasant to watch the torch parade and fireworks on Thursday night.」

「Property was in an excellent location and easy to find as it was one of three round tower buildings. Ski in and out, 100m to supermarket, bars and restaurants.」

「L'appartement est situé au calme à 5 minutes à pied du centre du village. C'est un bel appartement, petit mais fort bien aménagé (récemment)avec de multiples équipements pour cuisiner et beaucoup de rangements. On apprécie la remise des clés qui s'effectue simplement grâce à Paul. Merci pour ce sejour.」

「L’appartement est spacieux , propre, joliment décoré et bien agencé . Il y a de la Place , les 2 sdb sont très appréciables . La vue des 2 balcons est magnifique. Départ ski au pied et proche du centre station même si ça monte ! Seul point d’amélioration : Manque de grands plats dans la cuisine, mais à part ça séjour super .」
