「The condo was very small, but fine for two people. The kitchen and bath were updated and very nice. Carpeting needs to go away. And the furnishings are in bad need of updating. We loved the balcony. It was so spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Headboard is the wrong size. Our property manager, Melanie, was so helpful and was quick to return our calls. Thank you! We love the Truman Annex and always stay there. This was our first time in the Shipyard Condos. We enjoyed it very much.」

「Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and well supplied with essentials. The property is well maintained and safe. We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. The property owner communicated well with us and answered all of our questions. The only thing we were not prepared for was the traffic noise. The unit does face a busy street, so you can hear vehicles...

「We love staying in the Shipyard and find it a fantastic location. This property was the best unit we’ve stayed in. Very clean and comfortable with awesome decor. One room is a little tight with the queen bed taking up most of the room but the bed and bedding were very comfortable so it was easy to forget. Highly recommended.」

「The location was wonderful and quiet. Great pool and views while at the pool. Nice garden view from the room. Easy drive to Duval Street and other attractions. The biggest downside is the very dated and worn furnishings.」

「We rented the Condo at Shipyard because of the walkability factor. It was cozy and sufficient for a 1 week stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. We came to Key West to purchase a house, which we did, so we are now on our way to becoming Freshwater Conch's. I texted with Melanie and communication with her was great. So nice! I did use the pool at Shipyard which was nice. This is a two bedroom with queen beds and one bath so great for a family for a relaxing vacay! Thanks Melanie... It will be...

「6歳の息子と二人でクイーンサイズワンベッドルームの部屋に泊まりました。 ロケーションも良く、リビングは広くとても快適。バルコニーも広くテーブルとイスが措いてありプールと海が見えとてもリゾート気分満点。シャワールームしかなくバスタブが無いのはまあしょうがないかと。ワイファイは、フロントでナンバーを聞けば問題なく使えました。 余計ですが、キーウェストは、ドコモの電波が通じないと言われましたが、ちゃんと通じました。」

「Ken's place is awesome. Between the included use of two bikes to putt around town, the perfect location (close enough to walk to Duval, but still away from the craziness), the spotless room and bath, ice cold A/C unit, comfy bed, and well apportioned mini kotched...I can't imagine a better deal in Key West. My fiance and I had a blast for our week there. Ken was amazing as well in his communication and helpfulness with the area. Hope we can stay whenever our next trip to KW comes!」
