「It was pretty clean, but some floors looked like a dirty string mop had been quickly swirled around. The tile floors are not set properly and they have missing grout in some spots. The bathtubs were clean but have chips as well as the frame for glass doors, but no glass. The shower curtains are hung above the frame. 「The place was fine. We had to ask for a blanket/ comforter for the pull out sofa because there wasnt any. We did get a blanket. We had to purchase batteries because the ones in the thermostat died and there weren't extras. Very limited glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils. There were no oven mits/pot holders for oven use. There is not cable/satelitetv. You have to input your own streaming account and password to watch wifi tv. Location was bayside though with a nice view.」

「Exactly as described! We loved the condo, especially the patio overlooking the water. It’s a gated property, with a nice pool, pier& seating area closer to the waterfront. At dusk there is a nice fire pit& torches. Very close to the airport which was a plus. Many restaurants in the area too. We visited Ybor village and ate at the Columbia Restaurant! It was a treat!」

「This property was pretty much as advertised. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are separate pool and beach areas on the property, and the tiki hut restaurant by the pool has excellent food. The location is within reasonable driving distance to St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Ybor City. We would go back there again.」

「The place was perfect, in walking distance to the hospital. It was nice to relax after a long day visiting at the hospital. Owner friendly and answered all my questions quickly.」

「Great views. We found everything what was needed in this apartment for our 3 nights stay. We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4」

「We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size.」
