The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. 「On our 1st day, the broker or the owner’s representative showed disrespect to the family members while giving instructions on how to use the facilities allowed. Not only did he insult the family helper but also my mother in law! The broker informed us that we will have to pay for the electricity bill although it’s not even mentioned in the policy.
