「The place was really lovely」

「Apartment 6 was well located and clean. "Boutique" may be pushing it a bit, and the downstairs bedroom opposite the MOT garage isn't great if you're someone who wants a lie in, but it's a decent budget choice for exploring Harrogate.」

「Excellent hotel and location, I would recommend this hotel and if staying in Harrogate I would stay here again.」

「Great venue. The only thing that we found with room as it was on the 3rd level the furniture layout was a bit cramped and also as we are of a age of 75 felt getting in and out of the bath for either a bath or a shower the height of the bath somewhat high to get in and out of.But apart from these minor things we found the hotel was fantastic and just right to the main town area.」

「Rang the owner a couple of days before our arrival not a problem that we were arriving at 2pm. Lovely greeting on our arrival by the owner nothing was a problem to him. Well presented room for our stay . Thank you we really enjoyed our stay. 」

「Check-in was OK but had to wait a while as there was a queue and only one member of staff on duty, so suggest more reception staff needed to avoid delays checking in. Room 816 was good but sorry to report several carpet stains were very visible. Tissues in the bathroom had not been checked as only two left in the box. All staff at reception and the restaurant were very customer focused polite and friendly.」

「Plenty of on-site parking at a not unreasonable £15 per night. Very convenient for the town centre etc.」

「The staff were delightful - young, enthusiastic and helpful at all times. The room was spacious but showing some signs of the age and maintenance burden of such a large old , but nothing too obvious. The lift was a wonder - long waits at busy times, 2 people plus luggage and sounding like a dumb waiter. It was not clear why the HP sauce bottles at breakfast were only available on request - is there a shortage?」

「Nice hotel with smart communal areas and bar. Staff really professional but also friendly. Room great with roll top bath and view of The Stray. Comfortable bed and great breakfast in restaurant. The only negative comment would be about the poor lightingbin the bedroom which could have been better.」

「Every thing good . But when I check in , I asked the price the breakfast. And next morning, the other staff told me different price ,it’s more expensive. Why ?」
