「As always another great stay at the Malmaison. The location is great. Plenty of space in your room. Always enjoy my stop here. If I was to be super critical, I thought the Breakfast was not as good as previous. Some items were missing and the kitchen had run out of certain items as well. We went for breakfast at 10am on a Sunday so expected there to be plenty of choice. This won’t stop me booking here again but I’ll got for breakfast across the Road at Moose instead. 」

「The hotel staff was extremely helpful. From car parking to bar staff, I was satisfied with them. The only problem was hot water ran out in one morning and took about 30 minutes to get the water to be hot again. 」

「2024年1月にステイ。ウェイバリー駅から歩け、トラムの駅は徒歩1分、アクセスはとてもよい。インテリアは黒や赤を基調としたダークで、家族向けではない。照明も間接で少なく、かなり部屋は暗い。エアコンの効きが弱く、かなり寒いので、トイレにあるラジエター暖房から熱を取るためトイレのドアは開け放した。リネン、タオルの清潔感は全く問題なし。冷蔵庫はなし、Wi-Fiはメール、ブラウジング程度なら普通に快適。朝食はとても美味しかった。寒さが改善されれば、1年中おススメ。」

「Nice sized room but poor view. Tired condition. Toilet seat and wood work worn. One thing that will mean I won’t stay in a Malmaison Hotel again, the TV HDMI sockets have been disabled so unable to watch own content.」

「Location is great. Breakfast is superb. Only problem is they don't understand "over easy" eggs. The might understand "light" instead. When I go back next year I'll bring a picture. It's a historic building but the remodel is modern and tasteful. All staff are friendly and responsive to my needs.」
