「Great value compared with hotels, clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything in good condition, balcony to get outside. Instructions for key and parking are very clear and communication with manager/owner is pleasant and prompt. Location is Chinatown, which is good during day and fees relatively safe. Only negative is nearby Hasting St. - infamous for homeless and drug addicts. I would stay again and avoid Hasting St.」

Challenging directions for access, with repeated statements to NOT talk to the concierge staff. No reason for this was provided. Major complaint was that there were no staples in kitchen. 「Host is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room is private and clean. Located on a beautiful hobby farm. Had an amazing sleep. If you have a large vehicle it might be tight getting into the guest parking spot, but we managed 😀. Can't say anything bad about this place or the host. All in all, a great time!」

「We had an amazing experience here. We stayed for a night while waiting for a cruise and although it was a little bit further away it was a safe neighborhood, clean, and the management was very responsive. Walking distance to several places.」
