「The breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean, and the gym was well stocked with weights and equipment. The room was spacious enough. I found the food ordered (pad thai and a sandwich) to be fair in quality. Overall, this is a great deal for the price.」

「空港からは車で15分程度です。サービスは基本的にしっかりしています。二回宿泊しましたが、部屋は新しいところと古いところがあります。ベランダにプール付きの部屋は、とても古く、おすすめしません。」

「設備が古いです。シャワー室に石鹸やシャンプーを置く台がなく、使いにくい。」

「I have to give them 5* just for the location and the great staff. From reception to housekeeping and security, everybody is very friendly and trying their best. The property itself is tired. No lobby or lounge as such, no elevator. I saw some elderly people struggle on the stairs. Their traditional suites are larger rooms with a small couch. The heritage is there but I would rate the property an average 2* and it is overpriced.」

「For one night stay was okay but encountered bugs in the room, which staff took care of it! Bathroom don’t have full covering door so water spills out in supposed to be dry area.」

「Lovely central location to all the main sights. Large comfortable bed in a clean room. Decent breakfast to start the day with freshly cooked eggs etc. The whole place was a bit tired and needed a female touch. All in all a decent place 」

「Roaches, rats inside the room and hallways. Bed bugs eating blood at night. Very heavy construction sight with cranes digging at 6 AM to midnight. Human trafficking going on. Front desk taking passport and visa photos on their personal phones and making fun of official documents. No hot water in the bathroom. Safe doesn’t close, refrigerator doesn’t work, internet doesn’t work, lights doesn’t work, no water bottle and no connection to the front desk. Manager did not come to see the dark and...

「This is a quick hop from the airport about 10 minutes. It is not on a main road but down a little alley type way, so it's nice and quiet. It is an older hotel but it is clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.」

「Really lovely and historic hotel in downtown Gangtok. The hotel feels like a living museum with the art, artifacts, and architecture. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Overall, a lovely stay. 」

「The view from the rooms is exceptional. Being able to lay on bed and see the Himalayan Mountain range was the highlight. Staff were extremely helpful anf friendly. Thank-you we really enjoyed our stay and were fortinate to see the snow capped peaks most days.」
