「There are friendly & kindly front desk staffs, bar. Also there are nice pool and spa. Breakfast is ok. There is Super market near the hotel. Also it has some restaurants around the hotel. House keeping is always on time. Its good. 」

「I liked the property. I wish they'd make eating accommodations for guest arriving between 4-6pm. Also guest services personnel could use some training on being more helpful when asked questions they dont know how to answer. Other than that it was a good trip.」

「East Bay is the most relaxing resort. Was very chill and the staff was amazing! (CJ is the man!) They were very helpful. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and made our time there absolutely amazing. The beach is huge and feels like a personal private beach as many times were we the only people on the beach. Even when it was busy, it's massive so it never felt crowded. Definitely the place for a relaxing vacation not the best for those seeking partying or night life.」
