「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「The hotel is near the water in St. Hellier and is a short walk to anything. We were warmly greeted, made aware of options for food and drink and enjoyed the dining. All is all a very good experience! 」

「We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bed was very comfy. 「Mon séjour a été très agréable, le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse et le petit-déjeuner parfait ! La baignoire mériterait d'être refaite ! L'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme. Pour la piscine, il serait agréable que l'hôtel fournisse un jeton pour les casiers car nous n'avions pas de £ sur nous et personne ne nous avait prévenu.」
