「Mon séjour a été très agréable, le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse et le petit-déjeuner parfait ! La baignoire mériterait d'être refaite ! L'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme. Pour la piscine, il serait agréable que l'hôtel fournisse un jeton pour les casiers car nous n'avions pas de £ sur nous et personne ne nous avait prévenu.」

「Great hotel staff were brilliant recently renovated and so well equipped. Pool and jacuzzi nice. Great location opposite beach and bus stop outside to easily get into St Helier and around the Island 」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bed was very comfy. The fridge is stocked daily with fresh still and sparkling water and fresh jersey milk. The food at the buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. The coffee was good too. 「I was pleasantly surprised. The room had an adequate size for me and had a kitchenette. The room and kitchenette were both very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette had everything, cutlery, pans, toaster, microwave, small fridge and small vitro. Perfect if you're planning on staying for a few days! Bathroom was also very good size. The service was also very good, staff were friendly, polite and always greeted with a smile! Overall, a great place to stay considering it's a 2-star hotel.」
