「Hotel was good and the kids had fun in the water park. But they have a fly problem in the buffet. Flies land and eat your food before you can even get to it. The rooms were clean. It is a great place to stay if u have kids.」

「This hotel is not for Westerns - it is now a Halal Hotel which has very strict restrictions for using the main pool. I was not advised about this at the time of booking - had I have known I would have chosen a different hotel! The all inclusive option advised food, beverage an alcohol, this was not the case as they have removed the alcohol element from the all inclusive option -which was very disappointing! The food was good, the duplex family room was very nice- the staff friendly and helpful...

It clearly shows that it is a 5-star hotel. The spa is clean, modern and elegant in its decoration. My wife and I spent 3 memorable days in this hotel.」
