「シカゴ美術館、ミレニアムパークが近く観光に便利でした。ベッドがフカフカで良く眠れた。スタッフは親切で良い滞在になりました。」

「The hotel is beautiful: a historic building and is wondefully decorated. It is across the street from the Willis Tower (used to be called the Sears Tower), a Giordano's, and a Dunkin Donuts. We used Uber, so I don't know about parking or L stops. There is a casual restaurant (more of a coffee shop) in the lobby where I ate an incredible avocado toast with lox and microgreens and a coffee on our final morning as well as a pretty awful slice of cake on our first night. I think there's a restaurant...

「Overall stay was great. Location is great and the taco shop on the first floor was tasty. Only downside is there’s no fridge in the rooms to keep drinks cold and we had no view in our room.」

「This hotel is top notch! The most comfortable bed, linens and pillows ever….they have thought of everything, including little things like the time is displayed in red light letters on the ceiling during the night, near the bed! We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and the rooftop bar was so fun for drinks and small plates…the views were wonderful! Our room was spotless and every staff person we came across was friendly, professional and very helpful! We had a fabulous two night stay and would...

「I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect and I would highly recommend a city view room. My view was beautiful day and night. The staff was extremely friendly and Beatrix is a great spot inside of the hotel to dine. My only critique would be that I didn’t receive housekeeping services will I was there. If it is something that has to be requested, telling guests on arrival would be helpful. Outside of that, I would recommend staying here and wouldn’t mind returning in the future!」

「コンベンションセンターまでは渡り廊下を通って外に出ないでも行けるし、悪天候でも問題ありません。ホテルスタッフもフレンドリーだし快適な滞在でした」

「Staying at the Aloft is very central and walkable to most things. With concrete walls the rooms are quite as we didnt hear anything from next door. Close to shopping and dining options. Walkable to Mag mile and Navy Pier. We caught the train from the airport with a short walk to the hotel without changes from train to bus.」

「ハウスキーピングが1日おきという記載があったのですが、言わないと来ない状態であった。 したがって、4泊しても1度のハウスキーピングのみで非常に不満が残った。 また、タクシーを呼んでもらった際、来るので少し待ってくださいと言われたが、しばらくたってから、来ないので自分で探してくださいという結末になってしまい、これについても不満が残った。」

「Great location near the Magnificent Mile. Very convenient to many restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel rooms are high-class and clean. However, the staff is not very friendly.」
