El maleducado recepcionista nos explicó que nuestra reserva era una habitación para tres personas, pero que eso no significaba que la habitación tuviera que tener tres camas (supongo que en su casa duermen en el suelo), y que si queríamos tener una habitación con tres camas teniamos que pagar 40 euros adicionales y que si no estabamos de acuerdo nos podíamos ir y reclamar el...

「Old town was challenge to navigate but hotel a treat to find. Clean & comfortable. Nicely decorated with lots of books & photos. Located across street from park & Black Sea. Balcony with sea view. Continental breakfast good with local foods & fruits. Old town quiet in October - lots closed but fun to explore - walked along sea back to hotel.」

「Good We stayed over two nights at Primoretz Grand Hotel & SPA in Burgasta city, Bulgaria. The hotel services, facilities were great. Good hospitality. The scenery from our room balcony was perfect even the night. The sunrise view also incredibly beautiful. The breakfast buffet was unexpectedly less varieties of vegetables, there are more sweets or deserts, I meant fatty acid foods. Unfortunately the coffee machine were not exiting on the restaurant. 「We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...
