「The location and room is good. Almost every staff is kind and good except for a driver of airport transfer. I complained about this issue and the hotel once got back to me. Then I replied back to their response, but no answer has come from them anymore. If the driver was good and customer representative replied me in a timely manner, I would give 5 point.」

「設備が新しく、備品も整っています。朝食もとても良い。 道を挟んで隣のレストランがお勧めです。逆に大通りにあるレストランではボッタクリにあいました。」

「They let me check in late,which was good,but i did not get credited toward my rewards for the night,because they told hotels.com and me that they didn't havr record of my staying there,which was unfortunate,because i was low on money and it would have been my 10th night,and i was depending on the free night in another city Tje hostel was ok,but if you really need to collect nights,look elsewhere」

「Wir haben auf dem Fußboden geschlafen,da man in den Betten eingesagt ist ,also durchgelegen . Die Matratzen sind sehr schmutzig,wir wussten nicht was das alles war. Oben auf der Sonnenterrasse konnte man nicht mit Kindern rauf ,da der Fußboden sehr kaputt ist und die Bretter stehen auch hoch . So das man hinfliegt. Das Frühstück war auch nicht besonders,es gab nichts besonderes immer das gleiche und man hat jeden Tag kalten Kaffee getrunken. 」

「perfect!!! We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!! And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request. We were on the all...
