「Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. 「Brad, the owner of the condo, is outstanding with respect to communication with vacation renters. Any question we had, he answered promptly. As this is a "condo" the assumption should be that renters are likely cooking a good portion of their stay. As such, a few little extra's like serving bowls (once you cook the food, you need somewhere to put it, like meats or pastas or vegetables). 「2日の滞在でしたが寒かったので毛布のリクエストをしましたが、ホテル形式の宿で無いため、メールでリクエストしなくてはならず、すぐに持ってきて貰えず寒い夜をすごしました。台所用品も揃っていますが、あまり清潔感が無く、ベッドも埃っぽく備え付けのテーブルも汚なかったです。クローゼットも無く使い勝手が悪いです。電話も目覚まし時計も備え付けではありません。 1階のタイ料理レストランは、清潔感もあり美味しかったです。通りを挟み小さなスーパーもあり、便利でした。近くにはレストランが沢山あるので便利です。」
